When you visit this website, my website host and the security and font services it uses may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visit and the date and time of your visit. I do not use this information to identify you.

You can browse this website without giving me any personal information. You may also contact me without giving your full name, although I may not be able to respond to every type of enquiry anonymously.

How I use your information

I use your personal information to:

• respond to your enquiry, including speaking, media, brand collaboration, education and advisory requests
• arrange and manage engagements you have asked me about
• keep a record of our correspondence
• protect this website from spam and misuse
• meet my legal and professional obligations

This website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies, mainly so that it works properly and is protected from spam.

The enquiry form uses Google reCAPTCHA, which collects hardware and software information, such as device and browser data, and sends it to Google for analysis. Google's use of this information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

This website does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but if you block reCAPTCHA the enquiry form may not work.

This website links to other websites, including the Skindepth clinics, professional bodies, journals, brands and social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, ResearchGate and TikTok. I am not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites, so please read their privacy policies before giving them your information.

How I keep your information secure

I take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure, including secure (HTTPS) connections, password-protected accounts and reputable service providers.

I keep enquiry information only for as long as I need it for the purposes above, generally no longer than 2 year] unless an ongoing engagement or a legal obligation requires otherwise. After that, it is securely deleted.

If a data breach is likely to result in serious harm to you, I will notify you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner as required under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
